Shipping Policy
For orders over 100 AUD, we provide free Shipping. Australia Shipping charges are 8.80 AUD for orders less than 100 AUD.
– Once the order is placed, it takes 10 to 15 working days to deliver. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement including delivery address as well
– If customization is added in the order it will take more than 4 to 5 working days to dispatch.
– These timelines may be affected due to current situations. Prices are inclusive of shipping charges. Any other charges like import duty have to be borne by the customer.
– If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the next business day, after which your tracking will be enabled.
– We are unable to deliver the items if it is temporarily unavailable at the warehouse and still displaying on the website
– If you are using PayPal, please ensure your delivery address in PayPal is updated. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any Online orders after your order is placed
– If no one is at the delivery address when AusPost delivery the parcel, AusPost will leave a collection card and the customer needs to collect it from the local post office. Uncollected parcels will return to our office. The customer will have to pay 8.80 AUD postage for re-delivery. If we do not get a response from the customer within 10 working days since we receive the returned parcel or the customer don’t want the items, we will refund the order with a deduction of 8.80 AUD plus for the postage plus 5% of PayPal fees charged transaction amount
– You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a customer-friendly return policy.
– You can change your order whilst you are still browsing by simply clicking on ‘remove’ in “My Bag”.
– If unfortunately you wish to cancel the order, please do it before your order gets dispatch. Dispatch will do after two business days of placing an order
– If you cancel your order before your order gets dispatch, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be PayPal transaction fees charged
– If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 business days and email us. Returned items must be in an unused condition, in its original packaging including tags attached and accompanied with the Receipt, Returns Slip or a copy of the Invoice.
– The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% of the PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.
– As soon as you discover a fault, or if you received an incorrect item, please use the Contact us Form to send us a picture of the item and include a brief description of the fault. Once assess and approve by our team, we will refund you back to the original tender type. Items deemed as general wear and tear and not due to a manufacturing fault will not be refunded.
– We strongly suggest you purchase tracking for your postage so you can track your purchase on its way back to us. Once we receive the package please allow 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed. Once your refund has been processed you’ll receive an email confirmation. Return costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. All refunds exclude delivery charges.
-The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.
– All Sale items are non-refundable for change of mind. Faulty goods are excluded from this policy. If you discover a fault with a Sale style, please follow the returns policy.
– We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy.

Lost & Missing Orders
AusPost sometimes lost parcel, it happens even the very rare chance. If you still not receive your order within 20 working days since you receive the “Shipment notice” email/SMS, please contact us. We will contact AusPost for future information. If finally the order still not shown up, we will resend you the order even it not our fault, just to ensure your shopping experience with us. We will NOT take responsibility for incorrect/insufficient shipping address provided by the customer, or uncollected parcel.
